    摘要:

    面对海上风电向深远海大规模开发的并网消纳难、电力送出成本高等问题,在深远海风场就地进行风电制氢及氢基化工是一种有效路径。为细化海上制氢及氢能转化工艺流程设计,提高海上制氢及氢能转化平台的设计和建造效率、简化设计界面、提高作业安全性,以某型半潜式支持平台作为目标平台,首先进行了海上平台制氢、氢制甲醇、氢制氨的工艺流程设计;然后综合考虑总体工艺流程、模块的功能、平台重量和平台安全运行等因素,在目标平台主甲板上进行制氢及氢能转化模块划分及工艺系统布置设计;继而针对布置方案开展了安全风险分析及逃生方案规划,最大限度提高平台运行的安全性。设计结果很好的满足了预期要求,实现了海上制氢及转化的示范运行,为相关平台的改造设计、新平台的设计提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the challenges of grid integration and high power transmission costs in the large-scale development of offshore wind power to the deep sea, on-site wind power hydrogen production and hydrogen based chemical engineering at the deep sea wind farm is an effective approach. In order to refine the design of offshore hydrogen production and hydrogen energy conversion process flow, improve the design and construction efficiency of offshore hydrogen production and hydrogen energy conversion platforms, simplify the design interface and improve operational safety, this paper choses a certain type of semi submersible support platform as the target platform. Firstly, the process flow design of offshore platform hydrogen production, hydrogen to methanol production, and hydrogen to ammonia production was carried out; Then, hydrogen production and hydrogen energy conversion module division and process system layout design are carried out on the main deck of the target platform which the overall process flow, module functions, platform weight, and safe operation of the platform were taking into account; Subsequently, safety risk analysis and evacuation plan planning were carried out for the layout scheme, maximizing the safety of platform operation. The design results well meet the expected requirements, and realize the demonstration operation of offshore hydrogen production and conversion, which provides a reference for the transformation design of related platforms.
