    设计了一套安全、可靠,结构简单,操作方便,制作成本低,工作时受力均匀的大型风机塔架类筒体翻身和吊装用工具,根据产品的结构特点和需求,开展了吊装工具选型,吊码结构设计,结合吊装需求,吊装工具配备上法兰吊板4件,下法兰吊板2件,开孔滑车2件,卸扣6件,吊带3条,螺栓紧固件24套,其中上、下法兰吊板需要进行结构设计和强度校核,其余零件可根据吊装载荷进行选型,以我公司的某个实际项目为例,给定翻身、吊装塔架的载荷,对所设计的上、下法兰吊板分别进行了理论计算校核和有限元分析验证,上、下法兰吊板的强度满足钢结构设计标准,有限元模拟塔架吊装过程,上、下法兰吊板的强度和变形分析均满足吊装安全要求,且本文所设计的大型塔架翻身、吊装工具在公司塔架产品制作过程中得以成功应用,提高了产品吊装、翻身质量,提高了工作效率,降低了制作成本。本文所设计的大型塔架翻身、吊装工具结构合理,同时,可应用于其他类大型筒体类产品的制作领域。

    Abstract:

    Design a set of safe, reliable, simple in structure, convenient to operate, low in manufacturing cost, and evenly stressed operation for large wind turbine tower-like cylindrical body flipping and lifting tools. According to the structural characteristics and requirements of the product, the selection of lifting tools, the of lifting blocks, and the lifting requirements were carried out. The lifting tools were equipped with 4 upper flange lifting plates, 2 lower flange lifting plates, 2 hole pulleys, 6 unhooking pieces, 3 lifting belts, and 24 sets of bolt fasteners. Among them, the upper and lower flange lifting need to be structurally designed and their strength checked. The other parts can be selected according to the lifting load, and the flipping and lifting tools for large towers designed in this are successfully applied in the manufacturing process of the tower products of the company. The quality of product lifting and flipping has been improved, the work efficiency has been improved, and the manufacturing has been reduced. The large tower flipping and lifting tools designed in this paper have reasonable structure and can also be applied to the manufacturing field of other types of large cylindrical.
