    摘要:

    内转塔单点系泊系统是FPSO的关键系统,其加强结构的安全性对于FPSO的运营至关重要。以设计的多型FPSO为基础,介绍了目前主流内转塔FPSO设计理念和界面形式,分析对比了不同内转塔单点系泊系统载荷传递理念。对典型的内转塔FPSO系泊系统加强设计进行对比分析,给出不同内转塔系泊系统加强结构设计重点。对比主流船级社对于系泊系统强度和疲劳设计的要求,阐述了结构强度分析和疲劳分析的基本流程和关注重点。结果表明:不同内转塔系统界面形式、载荷形式和加强结构形式各不相同;加强结构强度评估应特别注意扭矩影响;加强结构疲劳评估应考虑波频载荷和低频载荷的影响。

    Abstract:

    The internal turret mooring system is a critical system for FPSO, and safety of hull reinforcement structure is critical to the operation of the FPSO. Through the introduction of the current mainstream internal turret FPSO interface form and design concept, the different concepts of load transfer of single-point mooring systems of different internal turrets are analyzed and compared. By comparing and analyzing the typical internal turret FPSO mooring system reinforcement design, the key points that should be paid attention to in the reinforcement structure design of different internal turret mooring systems are given. Strength and fatigue design of different classification societies are compared. The basic process and focus of structural strength and fatigue analysis are expounded. The results show that the interface form, load form and reinforcement structure form of different internal turret systems are different. Special attention should be paid to the effect of torque in the evaluation of structural strength. The influence of wave frequency load and low frequency load should be considered in fatigue evaluation of reinforced structures.
