    基于南海某海上风机导管架基础被运输船撞击事故,进行修复前后导管架结构疲劳分析。根据DNV GL规范中推荐的材料S-N曲线结合Miner线性累积损伤准则,分别进行导管架腿不灌浆、导管架腿灌浆的导管架基础节点及受撞击区域疲劳计算和分析,结果表明高强灌浆材料填充桩腿后,可有效降低导管架节点疲劳应力集中系数,提升节点的疲劳寿命,受撞击区域在实施灌浆后,能够显著提升导管架管节点的抗疲劳性能。高强灌浆材料填充导管架腿方案已成功应用于南海海上导管架基础加固。本文对于类似海上风机导向架基础的修复具有一定的参考价值。

    Abstract:

    Based on the engineering project of jacket foundation of an offshore wind farm in the South China Sea after being hit by a transport ship, this paper analyzes the fatigue of jacket structure damage and strengthening. According to the S-N curve recommended in DNV GL specification combined with Miner's linear cumulative damage criterion, the fatigue calculation and analysis of jacket foundation node and impact area of jacket leg without grouting and jacket leg grouting were carried out respectively. The results show that after filling the jacket leg with high strength grouting material, the fatigue stresses concentration coefficient of the jacket jonits can be effectively reduced, the fatigue life can be improved. After grouting, the fatigue of the impact area and the fatigue resistance of the jacket tubular joints can be significantly improved. The high strength grouting material filling jacket leg programme has been successfully applied to the reinforcement of offshore jacket foundation in the South China Sea. This paper has certain reference value for the repairing of similar offshore wind turbine jacket foundation.
