Abstract:As a key equipment in natural gas processing platforms, condensate export pumps play a crucial role in the normal production of gas fields. Taking a representative central platform in the South China Sea as the research object, this paper analyzes the different transformation, selection, and configuration schemes of condensate export pumps during platform depressurization mining. Based on the operating conditions of various modes of condensate export pumps in different schemes, it evaluates the transformation measures of condensate export pumps in terms of process, instrument, electrical, and other aspects. It proposes to abandon the old pump and directly pressurize a single pump, reflux control, and Frequency conversion methods such as 60Hz are used to improve the adaptability of the pump, providing a solution for the transformation and application of condensate export pumps in natural gas depressurization extraction.
