    摘要:

    针对悬空段海底电缆结构失稳、电缆悬空段疲劳失效和使用寿命缩短等问题,基于洋流作用下海底电缆涡激振动机理,结合海底电缆结构特性,采用流体力学法建立适用于海底电缆的振动仿真模型,基于仿真计算模型研究洋流流速、电缆机械特性(截面、质量、自阻尼特性等)悬空断长度等对海底电缆振动和疲劳损伤的影响,结合应变性疲劳曲线和雨流计数法,计算海底电缆的疲劳损伤,根据线性损伤累积理论得到海底电缆的疲劳寿命,分析海底电缆疲劳寿命的影响因素,结果表明,通过增大海底电缆的弹性模量和阻尼比、缩短电缆悬空段长度可以有效延长海底电缆的疲劳寿命。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems such as structural instability, fatigue failure and shortened service life of submarine cable in suspension section, based on the vortex-induced vibration mechanism of submarine cable under ocean current and combined with the structural characteristics of submarine cable, a vibration simulation model suitable for submarine cable is established by using the hydrodynamic method. Based on the simulation calculation model for studying the characteristics of current velocity, cable machinery (cross section, quality, since the damping characteristics, etc.) dangling off length of cable vibration and fatigue damage and the effect of combination should be modified fatigue curve and rain flow count method, calculation of submarine cable fatigue damage, according to the linear accumulated damage theory to get the fatigue life of submarine cable, Analysis the influence factors of the fatigue life of submarine cable, the results showed that the increased by submarine cable elastic modulus and damping ratio, shorten the cable dangling length can effectively extend the fatigue life of submarine cable.
