    摘要:

    为了研究HST特殊螺纹油套管接头在机紧工况和拉伸工况下的连接性能和密封性能,利用ABAQUS有限元软件,通过改变管体与接箍密封面过盈量及管体受力,分析两种工况下,接头扭矩台肩、密封面和螺纹牙应力及接触压力。通过分析得到机紧工况下管体密封面过盈量最大为0.09mm,拉伸工况下接头连接性能和密封性能减弱。本文所做研究为HST特殊螺纹油套管的实际应用提供了理论指导。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the connection performance and sealing performance of HST special threaded casing joints under tight working conditions and tensile conditions, ABAQUS finite element software is used to analyze the stress and contact pressure of the joint torque shoulder, sealing surface and thread teeth under the two working conditions by changing the interference amount of the sealing surface of the pipe body and the coupling and the force of the pipe body. Through analysis, it is obtained that the maximum interference of the sealing surface of the pipe body under the tight working condition is 0.09mm, and the joint connection performance and sealing performance are weakened under the tensile condition. The research in this paper provides theoretical guidance for the practical application of HST special threaded oil casing.
