    摘要:

    针对段塞流持续的压力波动导致缓波形立管振动这一问题,运用单向流固耦合方法对内部含段塞流作用的缓波形立管的振动特性进行研究。结果表明:混合流速为1.5 m/s、气液比为1的段塞流对立管振幅影响较大,特别是横流向振幅;此外顺流向振动频率稍有减小,但横流向振动频率大幅提高,激发高阶模态并产生共振。所得结果可为缓波形立管振动特性研究提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem that the continuous pressure fluctuation of slug flow causes the vibration of lazy-wave riser, the single fluid-solid coupling method is used to study the vibration characteristics of lazy-wave riser under the action of internal slug flow. The results show that: the slug flow with a mixed flow velocity of 1.5 m/s and a gas-liquid ratio of 1 is of great influence on the amplitude of the riser, especially the amplitude of the cross-flow direction; in addition, the vibration frequency in the in-line direction decreases slightly, but the vibration frequency in the cross-flow direction increases significantly, which excites the higher-order modes and produces resonance. The results can provide reference for the study of the vibration characteristics of the lazy-wave riser.
