深远海自升式养殖网箱桁架式桩腿结构的数值模拟分析

    基于Ansys有限元软件对X型、双K型、K型等3种桁架式桩腿构型进行数值模拟,研究在风暴自存工况下3种结构型式桩腿的应力和位移情况。结果表明:3种桁架式桩腿应力均小于许用应力,满足安全要求;桩腿最大应力均位于桩腿与桩靴连接处,最大位移均出现在自由端;在3种桩腿中,X型桩腿的最大应力和最大位移均最小,并且沿水深应力变化幅度较小。研究成果可为我国深远海自升式养殖网箱的工程应用提供设计参考。

    Abstract:

    Based on Ansys finite element software, the numerical simulation of X type, double K type and K type truss framed leg configurations is carried out. The stress and displacement of the three types of truss framed legs are studied under storm survival conditions. The results indicate that: the stress of all three types of truss framed legs is below the allowable limit, meeting the safety requirements; the maximal stress occurs at the joint between the leg and boot, and the maximal displacement is observed at the free end of all three types of legs; the maximal stress and displacement of X type leg are the minimal among the three types of legs, and the stress of X type leg varies little along the leg. The results can provide design reference for the engineering application of deep sea jack-up aquaculture net cage.
