    摘要:

    对水下控制模块的核心部件水下电子模块研发过程中的整机对数扫频振动测试方法进行探究。基于标准和检验机构的要求,分析水下电子模块整机测试的目的和意义。从测试目的出发,根据无阻尼单自由系统固有频率的计算公式,初步分析对数扫频振动测试中不同工装对测试结果的影响。在此基础上,依托某工程项目水下电子模块整机,对2种不同工装的整机进行对数扫频振动测试试验。测试结果表明,在标准规定的激振频率和强度下,采用水下电子模块整机进行对数扫频振动测试是可行的,而且直接将水下电子模块整机单独固定在测试台上进行测试,测试结果更准确。所得结论对于水下管汇、湿气流量计等水下生产设备的控制系统整机振动测试、可靠性验证具有重要的借鉴意义。

    Abstract:

    The logarithmic sweep frequency vibration testing method for the whole machine of the subsea electronic module, which is the core component of the subsea control module, during the development process is explored. Based on the requirements of standards and inspection agencies, the purpose and significance of the whole engine test of the subsea electronic module is analyzed. Starting from the test purpose, the influence of different test-tooling on the results of the logarithmic sweep frequency vibration test is preliminarily analyzed by the natural frequency calculation formula of the undamped single-free system. On this basis, the logarithmic sweep frequency vibration tests for the whole engine of the subsea electronic module of an engineering project are carried out with two different test-tooling. The test results show that the logarithmic sweep frequency vibration test for the whole engine of the subsea electronic module is feasible under the excitation frequency and intensity specified in the standards, and the test results are more accurate when the subsea electronic module whole engine is directly fixed on the test bench for testing. The conclusion is of important reference significance for the whole engine vibration test and reliability verification of the control system on the subsea production equipment such as the subsea manifold, wet gas flow meter and so on.
