多浮体原油转驳系统在南海海域卸载作业过程中的稳定性分析

    分析由3艘船[原油转驳船(Crude Transfer Vessel,CTV)、常规油船和拖船)]组成的多浮体原油转驳系统在卸载作业过程中的稳定性。根据船舶定位和拖曳模式,考虑多浮体系统所受的复杂环境载荷(包括风载荷、海流载荷和波浪载荷),研究原油卸载过程中多浮体系统在不同环境条件下保持准静态平衡的可能位置,得出保持准静态平衡时CTV推进器所需的最小推进力。结果表明,对于特定的风、流和波浪载荷方向,3艘船之间的夹角必须位于一定的范围内才能保持多浮体系统的平衡。

    Abstract:

    The stability of the multi-floating body crude oil transfer system, which contains three vessels: the Crude Transfer Vessel (CTV), the tanker and the tugboat, during the offloading operation in the South China sea is analyzed. The real complex environmental loads (including wind load, current load and wave load) of the multi-floating body system are considered with the respect to the vessels positioning and towing modes, the possible positions of the multi-floating body system to maintain quasi-static state equilibrium under different environmental conditions during the offloading operation are studied, and the minimum force required by the CTV thruster to maintain quasi-static state equilibrium is obtained. The results show that the angle between the three ships must be within certain range for the specific wind, current and wave load directions to maintain the balance of the multi-floating body system.
