为保证主机基座满足原油转驳船（Crude Transfer Vessel, CTV）正常工作时的强度要求，建立CTV主机基座的三维仿真模型。采用Sesam软件在多种载荷施加状态下对主机基座的应力分布和自振性进行分析和校核。结果表明，主机基座区域应力最大值为237 MPa，低于最大许用应力284 MPa。当主机正常工作时，基座各节点振动位移不超过3 mm，且固有频率处于危险共振频率区间外，不会产生有害振动。主机基座结构强度符合CTV船体技术要求。
In order to ensure that the main engine foundation can meet the strength requirements of the Crude Transfer Vessel (CTV) under normal operations, a three-dimensional simulation model of CTV main engine foundation is established. The Sesam software is used to analyze and check the stress distribution and natural vibration of the main engine foundation under various loading states. The results show that the maximum regional stress of the main engine foundation is 237 MPa, which is lower than the maximum allowable stress of 284 MPa. When the main engine works normally, the vibration displacement of each node of the foundation does not exceed 3 mm, the natural frequency is outside the dangerous resonance frequency range, and harmful vibration will not be generated. The structural strength of the main engine foundation meets the technical requirements of CTV hull.
