    以英国DANA石油公司设计的圆筒形FPSO为研究对象,对常规船型FPSO与圆筒形FPSO上部结构和布置进行对比,采用有限元法对圆筒形FPSO上部结构进行整体强度校核,并针对其舷墙、公共区域和防爆墙进行局部强度分析。得出结论:圆筒形FPSO相较于常规船型FPSO更经济,具有更强抗倾覆能力和甲板承载能力,使用更少的管缆,而且圆筒形FPSO的设计结构满足海上工作的强度要求,具有实际应用价值。

    Abstract:

    The cylindrical FPSO designed by DANA Petroleum Company of the United Kingdom is taken as the research object. The upper structure and arrangement of the conventional FPSO and the cylindrical FPSO are compared. The overall strength of the cylindrical FPSO upper structure is determined by the finite element method. The local strength analysis for the bulwarks, public areas and blast walls is also carried out. It is concluded that: cylindrical FPSO is more economical than ship FPSO, with greater resistance to overturning and deck load capacity, using fewer tubes cable; the design structure of the cylindrical FPSO meets the strength requirements of offshore work and is of practical application value.
