    摘要:

    为防止柔性立管在应用过程中发生过度弯曲,设计弯曲限制器对立管进行保护。针对海洋立管弯曲限制器所受荷载以及工况要求,采用有限元分析软件对弯曲限制器及立管组合结构进行非线性建模,讨论设计参数和材料参数对其自身防止立管弯曲性能的影响。根据曲率变化和应力分布情况进行性能评估及优化,得到相应结论,对弯曲限制器的设计提供一定的支持与参考。

    Abstract:

    To prevent the excessive bending of the flexible riser during application, the bending restrictor is designed to protect the riser. Aiming at the load and working condition of the offshore riser bending restrictor, the finite element analysis software is used to simulate the combination structure of the bending restrictor and riser. The influence of the design parameters and material parameters on its prevention performance against riser bending is discussed. According to the curvature change and stress distribution, the performance evaluation and optimization are carried out, and the corresponding conclusions are given, which provides some support and reference on the bending restrictor design.
